On October 13, 2019, those who attended the General Meeting at Abraham's Public Library in Omaha reviewed and voted unanimously to amend the organization's constitutions and bylaws. This means the 2011 version of the constitutions and bylaws are no longer in effect as of October 13, 2019.

The events on the first quarter of the year necessitated the amendments of the previous bylaws so that we can further solidify the foundation of our organization and not allow unethical leadership take advantage of the organization and walk away with the monies without consequences.
